Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature of the data, the purpose of the processing, the user relationship with Cadonix, and available safeguards. We do not intend for users to submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, or third-party confidential information to the Solutions unless expressly authorized by Cadonix through an approved process.
