1. Permitted Use

The Services are designed to allow users to upload technical design data, including wire harness designs, design drawings, specifications, and related technical documentation, for the purpose of generating automated manufacturing guidance, validating designs, and transforming technical data for wire harness production (the “Permitted Purpose“). You may use the Services only for the Permitted Purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Data

2.1 Ownership and Rights. You may only upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services (“Upload“) data and content that you own or for which you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions, including any intellectual property rights required for use in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that your Uploads do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or other legal rights.

2.2 AI Training. Except where the applicable subscription tier or Product configuration excludes such use, you acknowledge that Cadonix may use data Uploaded to the Services to train and improve its artificial intelligence models, subject to and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions or any other agreement that governs Your use of the Services.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not Upload, transmit, or otherwise use the Services in connection with any of the following:

• (a) any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law, including any content that could give rise to criminal liability;
• (b) any data or technical information that is controlled, restricted, or regulated under the export control or sanctions laws or regulations of any jurisdiction, including the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the UK Export Control Act 2002, EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU 2021/821), or any equivalent regime (collectively, “Export-Controlled Data“). You are solely responsible for determining whether any data you Upload constitutes Export-Controlled Data, and you must not Upload any such data regardless of your own export licenses or authorizations;
• (c) any content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party;
• (d) any content unrelated to the Permitted Purpose, including but not limited to personal data not required for wire harness design, financial records, or health information;
• (e) any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components;
• (f) any content intended to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services; and
• (g) any activity that disrupts, degrades, or places an unreasonable load on the Services or their underlying infrastructure, including excessive automated requests or scraping.

4. Confidential and Sensitive Data

Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Cadonix that expressly authorizes the Upload of confidential, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive data, you must not Upload any data that you or any third party considers confidential or proprietary.

5. Verification of Outputs

The Services generate automated outputs based on data you provide. All outputs must be independently reviewed and verified by qualified personnel before use in any manufacturing, production, or safety-critical application.

6. Reverse Engineering

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, model weights, training data, or architecture of the Services or any component of them. You must not use the Services to attempt to extract, replicate, or reconstruct any Cadonix model, algorithm, or dataset, whether through automated queries, prompt manipulation, or any other method.

7. Enforcement

Cadonix reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, remove any content, or take any other action it deems appropriate if Cadonix reasonably believes you have violated this AUP. No failure by Cadonix to enforce any provision of this AUP constitutes a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

8. Changes to This AUP

Cadonix may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
